1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on our site. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Orders and contract

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been accepted.

  • We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a limited edition has sold out, there's an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud.

  • We only deliver to UK addresses at the moment.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Made to order and limited editions

  • Each item is made to order. The production and delivery times in our Shipping policy are estimates.

  • Limited-drop items (for example SAHARA 2026) are sold in a fixed edition and/or until a stated end date. When the edition sells out or the drop ends, the design is retired.

  • Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished item. Printed and embroidered placement can vary slightly between pieces.

6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your right to cancel within 14 days, and your rights if goods are faulty, are set out in our policy: https://onelifetruckit.com/policies/refund-policy.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to keep to these terms, we're responsible for foreseeable loss you suffer as a result, but not for loss that isn't foreseeable or for business losses. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, logos (including the lion crest), photos, text and videos on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Newsletter and free guide

The free dog guide is general information based on our own experience. It isn't veterinary or legal advice. Rules change, so always check official sources and your vet before travelling with a pet.

10. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal strikes or supplier outages. If such an event affects your order, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
