Refund policy

Changed your mind? 14 days to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it (for a split order, 14 days after the last parcel arrives).

Email onelifetruckitshop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning. A clear statement is all we need.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to the returns address we'll email you when you tell us.
Items should be unworn and unwashed, with nothing done to them beyond what you'd do in a shop to check them. If an item has been handled more than that, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Please use a tracked service.
We'll refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of getting the items back (or of your proof of postage, if that's earlier), to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted or wrong item

This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Within 30 days of delivery: email onelifetruckitshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. You can choose a full refund, including delivery, or a free replacement.
After 30 days (up to 6 months): we'll repair or replace the item. If that isn't possible, you'll get a refund. After that you still have legal rights; get in touch.
We may ask for a photo instead of the item itself. If we need it back, we'll cover the postage.

Sizing exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we can't swap sizes directly. Return the item under the 14-day right above, then place a new order. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering; the hoodie runs small.

Limited-drop items

Sahara 2026 pieces are limited editions. If a design has sold out or the drop has closed, we may not be able to replace it like for like. In that case you'll get a full refund.
