RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your One Life Truck It purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

Condition
Items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In their original packaging (including tags where applicable)

How to Start a Return
Email us at onelife@vanlove.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for your return

We’ll get back to you with instructions on where to send your return.

Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds can take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions
- Digital products (e.g. images, audiobooks) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- Sale items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for lost return parcels.
